To accelerate the Coach education programme the Foundation will sponsor a number of coaches each year to attend a UK training programme. The UK training programme will incorporate FA qualification courses and a series of opportunities to work alongside Premier and championship Community clubs programmes. The programme will also include an opportunity to view a number of different football games across leagues.

In October 2007, 2 Grenadian coaches completed the FA level 1 coaching course in the UK and participated in a community programme with Blackburn Rovers Football in the Community Team.
