Kit for Grenada Programme
The Jason Roberts Foundation’s recent Talent ID Programme has been followed up with a Kit for Grenada programme. This will see, over a period of time, materials, boots and kit – kindly donated bya well-known sportswear giant, delivered across the parishes in Grenada, in association with StGeorges University, who will provide help and assistance with transportation to enable the kit to be delivered to the most disadvantaged on the island. OtisRoberts said “We started years back with a “Balls for Grenada” campaign and we are continuing, with the help of our sponsors, to try and make a difference here on the island. With this latest shipment of kit we plan to distribute this over a number of months and will aim to reach as many young people as possible.”
Jason Roberts added, “Being able to provide so many young people with sports kit and football boots really helps to enhance our programme in Grenada, and wouldn’t be possible without the support of our sponsors and partners such as Kestrel Liner Agencies who assist with shipping kit to Grenada. I’m looking forward to being personally involved in the first delivery of kit later this month.” If you have sports equipment or kit that you would like to donate to the Foundation please email info@jasonrobertsfoundation.org |
